TriBrer Optical Fiber Identifier

The Fiber Optic Identifier is an essential tool for fiber optic maintenance and is used for non-destructive fiber optic identification work, enabling detection of singlemode at any location. During maintenance, installation, cabling and restoration, it is often necessary to find a specific fiber without interrupting service, by shooting a 1310nm or 1550nm signal with a modulated tone (270Hz, 1KHz, 2KHz) into the fiber at one end, and identifying it on the optical line with an fiber identifier, which can also indicate the direction of the signal.

AFI430

3 types for options in model AFI430. AFI430 is only fiber identifier function; AFI430C is fiber identifier & optical power meterrange +26~-50dBmfunction; AFI430-V10 is fiber identifier and 10mw visual fault locator functions, different configuration for different requirements. AFI430 Fiber Identifier can detect the SM fiber signal direction or indicate live or dark fiber without disrupting the traffic of the fiber.It is suitable for four types of fibers: 0.25, 0.9, 2.0, 3.0mm. When testing, no need to change fiber clamp. What’s more, it has“Environment Light Calibration” function. 

AFI430

EFI-50

EFI-50 can test SM fibers. It is suitable for four types of fibers: 0.25, 0.9, 2.0, 3.0mm. When testing, no need to change fiber clamp. Build-in VFL,1mW with Glint function, and build-in OPM. The screen is 1.44 inch TFT screen, easy to see measurement data clearly.EFI-50 adopts flat and thin top part, bent design for more special spaces, like terminal box, distribution box, splicing tray. Handle style design, easy to use. Pull the trigger to the end to start the measurement. When release the trigger, the light will turn on and the results will keep for a time. This liberates both hands.One innovation point: there are two ways to display the power level of the EFI-50 recognition instrument interface, one is in the form of digital, and the other is in the form of histogram.

OFI-300

OFI-300 can test SM fibers. It is suitable for four types of fibers:0.25, 0.9, 2.0, 3.0mm. It can identify continuous signals as well as commonly used modulated signal frequencies of 270Hz, 1kHz, and 2kHz. It can help you test the direction of live fibers and quickly locate the target fiber. OFI-300 requires changing clamp when testing different fiber types. In addition, it is metal texture for more durability.
