Valid time: before 2022-12-31, if any change during valid time, will be informed 30 days in advance.

All the prices are under EXW business term.

Normally we only support partners to offer our products in their local market.

PAYMENT TERM:

We only accept 100% payment in advance.

And we will add the bank fee as followings for each order:

T/T: at least USD 30.00 per payment, export goods with real value invoice

Alibaba: add 2%, export goods with real value invoice

LEAD TIME: 3-15 working days, depends on the quantity

For most of our standard products, lead time begins from the date we receive the payment

DELIVERY TERM:

Normally we use DHL express to delivery materials if buyer need our delivery service.

Or buyer can arrange their own shipping agent to pick the order from our factory.

Buyer should inform us his own shipping agent with all necessary documents in advance.

Buyer should pay all cost from his own shipping agent.

Buyer should pay all cost of certificate, letter, customs documents etc.

WARRANTY TERM:

First year free, begins from shipping date, but not including human damage and consumables.

For distributors, we can offer extra 1~12 weeks warranty with differnt quantity in one order.

Any faulty product should be returned to authorized service center for repair, replacement and calibration.

We only bear the shipping cost from China to customers in warranty range.
